What we collect
We collect account details, podcast and episode information, uploaded media, generated content, product usage, and billing identifiers needed to operate BestPodcast. Payment card data is handled by our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
Analytics
Google Analytics is optional. We load its tag only after you allow analytics in our cookie notice. You can change this choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Google may then process analytics identifiers and set measurement cookies. We do not send podcast audio, transcripts, payment card data, or private generated content to Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use your information to provide transcription and content services, secure your account, measure product performance, support billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Private content is not published unless you explicitly change its visibility.
Retention and deletion
When you request deletion, we remove active records and queue related audio, transcripts, generated content, caches, and search records for deletion, subject to limited legal and security retention requirements.
